How do I order from start to finish?

Step 1: Find your Product

There are multiple was to find products within TotallyMobile.co.uk

On the homepage there are category selection button, press one of the buttons and you will be taken to the category page.

From the category page you can filter your selections, entering everything from phone details to keywords to search for your product.

You can also use the search text box located in the top left have corner, simply enter what you would like to search for and hit return/enter on the keyboard.

You can also select your phone using the left hand list of manufacturers and then selecting your phone from the available ones. If you are not sure which model you have why not click on show images on the phone page and then you will see images of all the phones. (Please be patient while the images load)

Step 2: Check Compatbility

Please ensure you check that the product you are ordering is compatible with your phone. Compatibility for all products is listed on the product page.

Step 3: Buy it

When you decide you would like to purchase a product, please click on the ‘Add to basket’ tab. This will then automatically forward you to your shopping basket to show that the item has been included. At this stage, you can either continue shopping for other accessories by clicking on the ‘Continue Shopping’ tab or complete your purchase by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ Tab. Here you will be required to enter your payment and delivery details.

Step 4: Receive your item

After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. You will then be sent a second email to confirm that your order has been processed and dispatched. This will contain details of the method of dispatch used and furthermore include details of how you can track your order. It will also contain additional information regarding the order that you may find useful.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, it is possible to change your order by editing your shopping basket. This is displayed on the left hand menu bar. Click on the view basket link and you will be taken to your basket to change the order.

Please follow the instructions in this section to action any changes required. Please be aware that it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have given your payment details on the payment page.

What can I do if my credit card has been declined?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined you will be given the option to enter another card for payment or to cancel the order. You must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why. You should also check if the card attached to your account has expired.

Please Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
